Otics




Otitis Externa Otitis externa is a very common disease in both dogs and cats. It may develop in association with many other diseases. Although considered a benign disease it can lead to considerable pruritus, pain and suffering.


Products
EPI-OTIC® Ear Cleanser A mild, alcohol-free cleansing and drying solution for routine maintenance of otitis externa. EPI-OTIC, with Spherulites®, contains 2.7% lactic acid and 0.1% salicylic acid. EPI-OTIC has a low pH of 2.2 and contains no chlorhexidine or alcohol. Labeled for use on dogs, cats, puppies and kittens of any age.

EPI-OTIC® ADVANCED A non-irritating ear cleanser with anti-adhesive properties to prevent microbial attachment for chronic otitis externa. Also has a patented anti-odor technology to eliminate ear canal odor. Contains 0.2% Salicylic Acid. Available in the following sizes: 4 oz., 8 oz.

BUR-OTIC® HC Anti-pruritic, anti-inflammatory ear treatment for dogs and cats. In addition to Burow’s solution and acetic acid, BUROTIC-HC contains 1% hydrocortisone and is indicated for prompt temporary relief of inflammation and pruritus.

CERULYTICTM A ceruminolytic ear solution containing wax solvents, specifically formulated for conditions requiring the dissolving of excess ear wax produced in the ears of dogs and cats.

CORIUM-20TM A drying and soothing ear cleanser for cats and dogs. CORIUM-20 is a non-stinging and non-irritating alcohol based otic solution for removal of earwax and debris.

OTOMITE® PLUS Eliminates ear mites without irritation. OTOMITE PLUS contains double synergized pyrethrins in an olive oil vehicle which penetrates the stratum corneum and is miscible with sebum. Ears are left without a greasy residue. Labeled for use on dogs and cats 12 weeks of age and older.
